Watch Rolex submarine crew, the reference 14060M

Over the years I’ve owned one Rolex ’s and Tudor ‘ s, a Tudor been a range of less expensive watches made by Rolex Tudor but branded. I currently crew submarine, a precision Oysterdate of vintage and a Tudor of the 60 ‘S.

The submarine crew was a Rolex watch he had admired for a number of years and finally I tried to UCES a couple of years back and I must say I love him with an absolute passion. The submarine crew that I was pre-bought, but because when it was manufactured in the same year it was purchased (2004) and was in excellent condition.

This Rolex model has a long history and interesting, something that attracts me to certain watches, but I ‘t cover prepóngase besides this here to say they presented to the submarine crew in the early 50 ‘ s it ’s said it was built based on the early explorer Rolex.

There is a version of the date of this watch (Ref. 16610) but I prefer to watch without a date, just a personal preference! The other terminology that you can see / hear in these two models is n ninguÌ submarine date (the 14060M) and date secondary (16610), for obvious reasons! Untrained eye would not be any significant difference between the two besides the date and eye frog in the crystal. If you made a decision on one or the other could not see any other questions you want to date or not? . They have different movements, the 3130 Rolex 14060M has 16,610 and the 3135 Rolex is, they are basically the same movement but with the 3135 to accommodate for the date. Also, though the look like bracelets are different models.

This model is a non-COSC as is the case with all crew members of submarine by 2007. This means that it isn ‘t, or wasn ‘ t, a chronometer certificate until 2007. For a clock becomes COSC (Contrôle Officiel des Chronomètres of Suisse) certified the clock goes through rigorous testing in various conditions, and only a very minimal amount of time to be missed (4 seconds) or diary cattle (of 6 seconds). Any pole produced submarine crew that certification has the following wording on the dial superlative chronometer officially certified the any clock made before this will not present this phraseology.

The watch is a divers watch stainless steel (40 m wide, 12m m deep) and has a degree of water resistance of 300m. The case has a rotating bezel black serving as accountant for time periods up to 60 minutes.
As mentioned earlier in the Rolex 31 is powered by automatic movement of the 3130 Rolex jewel. This movement produces 28,800 vibrations per hour and has a power reserve of approximately 50 hours.

The dial of the submarine crew is a masterpiece and perhaps one of the styles copied from the history of the clock hands Mercedes styling is a classic. The crystal is sapphire.

The bracelet is heavy oyster bracelet stainless steel with flip-lock that has never failed me. This bracelet has changed very little over the years, the use of screws in the links makes it easy for self-sizing.

Visually, the 14060M is as close to the legendary 1950 ’sya 60 ‘ submarine crew s as you can get and, in my opinion, a beautiful sight to watch. The submarine crew in the country feels on your wrist any occasion, whether this be formal or casual. ¡As mentioned at the top of this page I love this watch, challenging one of the favorites!

Put a small dent in your bank account to buy but you always feel good knowing that this watch is a classic and almost certainly carried out the ’s value as it has done over the years. I thought it would never really sell this piece on, it is mentioned as one of my favorites, and unlike other watches that I have to use it often. I saw it really as one of the pieces that take pleasure in imposing my boy when he is old enough to appreciate. However, even if it is not sharp when first released (2003) have recently made part of the 50th crew of the submarine Anniversary Edition (reference 16610LV)! The dilemma is real I can ‘t really justify having two similar submarines and the way you see it ‘ s one or the other. Something I’m sure I’m not going to be able to easily conclude!

Finally, a word is worth a watch very similar to that produced by submarine crew Rolex, big brother if you like, and that is the inhabitant of the sea. If you would consider waterboarding a look at the inhabitant of the sea for a comparison. Although a very pleasant and beautiful watch him a little bigger than the submarine and therefore a bit too big for my liking. I could not personally justify spending a watch just to sit in it ’s box in the country. (nearly) all of the watches that I have or have had in the past that use, some very occasionally, but nevertheless wear! I have tried on to some inhabitants of the sea, even borrowing from a friend for a few extra days for a trial, but while the difference in size / weight as compared to the submarine is not that big just does not feel right! So happy to stick with the submarine crew exceptional.
